Hi, I applied for an e-visa for conference /workshop yesterday, I tried making payment but it was not successful and I got a link that I have 48hours to make the payment, I kept trying to login via the link and I been getting message of either visa request not found or transport error has been received. I am not sure if it is the site that has issues or the network. I will really appreciate it if I can get help or guidance as to what to be done, or is it better to go to the embassy and conclude the process? Please you assistance will go a long way. Dear Sir, Request to amend validity period on e-Visa Ref. No. CV7804329_q52sY752. I observed that the validity period stated on my e-Visa Ref. No. CV7804329_q52sY752 is 23 May 2028 to 22 June 2028, instead of the intended 23 May 2025 to 22 June 2025, dates. I would appreciate your kind assistance in correcting the dates to 23 May 2025 to 22 June 2025 being that the Visa is needed to attend AIO Conference in Addis Ababa Ethiopia from 24 May, 2025. I have been engaging via email but no solution in sight. Please your very urgent assistance will be appreciated. Thank you I hope this mail finds you well. I was issued acknowledge receipt of your email regarding the above subject. However, I would like to draw your attention to an error observed on the attached e-visa document. The validity period stated reflects dates in 2028 instead of 2025. For reference purposes, I have attached a copy of the letter of invitation from the organisers of the conference. I would appreciate your urgent assistance in reissuing the corrected document after stating the correct validity date, as I need to commence necessary preparations for my trip, with the conference scheduled for next month.
