Provide an application letter addressed to the healthcare institution outlining your request for medical treatment.

Submit the company profile or details of the Ethiopian media institution inviting you.
Support Letter
Provide a support letter from the Ethiopian media institution confirming your visit. Ensure the letter is issued within one week before your application is submitted.
