Good evening There is a power of attorney (wukilina) notarized in Ethiopia. The principal (residing in UAE) needs to cancel / revoke this power of attorney. Is there an option to revoke power of attorney at the Consulate? If so, can a person holding a duly notarized power of attorney from the principal (with specific authority to cancel the original POA from Ethiopia) follow the cancellation on behalf of the principal?
