Can we get transit visa and the tickets to Yemen?

We are traveling to Addis Ababa on 20th Dec and with Ethiopian Airline then we will travel to Yemen on 22nd Dec.
Can we get transit visa as we have the hotel booking in Addis and the tickets to Yemen.
