I have planned to make return flight from Addis Ababa Agust 9-14, 2023. I hope to secure my visa on the 4th of August. I will be staying in Mexico for less than a week, do I need to secure my visa from your embassy, here in Ethiopia, of could I get on arrival visa ? What is your advice?

Warm greeting dear Sir! My family of five, and I, would like to make a trip to Mexico through USA in the second week of July to be part of a retreat with a partnering organization. The place of visit is going to be at Puerta Vallarta. We have planned to make return flight from Los Angels (LAX) July 9-14, 2023. All of us but out little baby, Carissa, have secured our valid US visas. We hope to secure Carissa's visa on the 3rd of July. Now that we are traveling through USA and and will be staying in Mexico for less than a week, do we need to secure our visas from your embassy, here in Ethiopia, of could we get on arrival visas? What is your advice?
